Just great weather for the game - hot but not too hot... This could also be a metaphor for the team as well - both offense and defense played at a high level but still fought to minimize the little mistakes. Overall, a solid, blue-collar win for Big Blue - and good timing with games against Cal Poly and Stanford coming up fast... GO NOMA!!!!
Also, it was Senior Day, the last home game these boys will have at SSU, so it doubly nice to see them off with a good win. A Thank You to all of our seniors for your years of hard work, dedication, passion, and joy - you represented SSU with honor and we are so very proud of you all!
