There always has to be a winner and a loser, thats how games are played. The team just ran out of time, another minute or two and someone would have stuck a tying shot. But, things didnt turn out that way unfortunately and Cal earned the right to face Cal Poly today.
Just a great effort by the team, it was impressive to see the ball movement and the scoring coming from assists, good things to build on for next season. We will miss those that are leaving, they played with passion and smarts and were an honor to the game.
